- Sell, rent or sub-license material from AbstractCoders

4. User Responsibilities

5. KYC and Identity Verification
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and to establish a secure client-agency relationship, we require clients to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process before commencing any project.
By submitting your details through our onboarding portal, you explicitly agree that:
- All information provided, including Government ID numbers (Aadhaar, Passport, DL, etc.), PAN numbers, and business registration details (GSTIN) are 100% accurate and belong to you or your registered entity.
- You bear full legal liability for any discrepancies, false information, or fraudulent documents submitted during the verification process.
- AbstractCoders reserves the right to terminate any project or contract immediately without refund if fraudulent or inaccurate identity information is discovered.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AbstractCoders, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
